  • 1) INDIVIDUAL DISABILITY INCOME INSURANCE

    If you become disabled, the “Protector” individual disability income insurance policy pays benefits to help cover your loss of income. The “Protector” has a strong base policy providing excellent coverage. This flexible policy also gives you the option of purchasing additional riders to customize coverage to fit your needs.

    PPO Health Plans


    You’ll be able to choose doctors and hospitals from one of the largest networks of contracting providers in the country. When you choose a PPO, you can receive care from any licensed doctor you want. If you use a PPO network doctor:

    • You’ll pay less out of pocket
    • You usually won’t have to file any claims
    • You’ll get the higher level of benefits

    If you use a doctor outside of the network you’ll still be covered, but your out of pocket costs will be higher.

    The E-SERP provides participants many of the benefits of an I.R.S. qualified plan without the limitations. Because the E-SERP policy is funded with after tax dollars, retirement cash flow may be received income tax free. Growth during the accumulation phase is tax-deferred. Account growth is indexed to the stock market allowing participants to enjoy market driven gains with no market risk. Proceeds of the E-SERP are exempt from creditors in many states, including Texas.
